Sign Up 1

You are provided with a number for your environment. Your clients can call this when they need to contact you, or you can forward your calls out of business hours. Register your staff home or mobile numbers and create a roster for your staff, either just out of business hours or for the whole day.

Create A Roster 2

Calls to your number will then be forwarded to the people on the roster. Up to three of your duty staff can be on call. They will be called in a pre-defined order. If a support person does not take the call, the next number in the rota will be called in turn until your call is taken.

Maintain your rota through a simple, intuitive web interface.
  • See your activity through the history portal.
  • Set up rotas for individual departments – each with their own inbound number and outbound rota.
